Laura Warren Barge has been a professional musician for over 30 years. While attending Berklee College of Music, she fell in love with contemporary Country/Pop/Folk, Jazz Standards and Rhythm & Blues, but she loves most types of modern Americana and Musical art forms. After touring with various bands around the country with ‘Black and Blue’, ‘Cruzin’, ‘Legacy’, ‘After Hours’ and ‘X-Factor’ for over a decade, she now resides in North KC where she performs for different venues. Laura just won 2024 Best KC Jazz Vocalist and Entertainer through KC Jazz Ambassadors (JAM Magazine) and in 2022 she was featured in an article for Voyage KC Magazine as well as Bold Journey Magazine in 2023.

Georgia Barge, Miss Kansas City 2023, is a vocalist and songwriter from Kansas City, Missouri. She currently attends the University of North Texas, studying vocal jazz. She frequently plays around the DFW and Kansas City areas, playing solo concerts while accompanying herself on piano and guitar, or in small and large band settings. She was featured as the vocalist with the Glenn Miller Orchestra and now, she is the vocalist for the North Texas Two O’Clock Lab Band, where she enjoys singing classic swinging standards and twists on contemporary tunes. This will be her second year singing in the UNT Jazz Singers, the vocal group she toured with last April and will be performing with at the 2025 JEN Conference. In addition to performing, one of Georgia’s passions includes songwriting. She has released original music on streaming platforms, and is currently working on releasing an album of both original music and twists on standards that have inspired her as a jazz musician.
